• UnOrdinary Spaces, along with its partners, connected the U.S. and European locations for a weekly, one-hour International Team Brief (ITB) via a virtual events platform. A/V partner technologies and a virtual event platform were also used for the ITB, which connected the global teams seamlessly.
• The multi-location meeting included opportunities for participants to interact and ask questions.
• Agendas were planned months in advance and hosting rotated each week among the leaders of the various departments.
• Participants watch the ITB together in designated venues to foster a sense of teamwork.
