Are you looking for the ultimate culinary experience in Huston? This fun, creative – and a bit unordinary workshop will test your culinary skills. Your team will prepare a multi-course meal up close and in person with executive chef Michelle Morris.

What You'll Do
Pre-Event
Workshop summary and preparation tips are provided at least 2 weeks prior to the experience. The event booker is responsible for distributing this to all attendees prior to the event.
Your event manager will provide access to a dropbox folder with all of the recipes to send to attendees.
Day of Event
Note: The duration of the group networking session can vary depending on the your goals and the number of participants.

Classic Neapolitan Margherita Pizza leads the lineup along with a delicious Strawberry Risotto. In the Campania region, the food is more classic and simple, but absolutely amazing which is what we try to bring out in this class.

Dinner on the Bayou

We do some cooking in dis’ class cher!” Learn how to make some of the all-time Cajun classics such as shrimp etouffee, gumbo, and blackened steak. You’ll also learn how to make real Louisiana bread pudding with a kickin’ rum sauce! Learn from a REAL cajun!

Tuscan food is based on the Italian idea of cucina povera or “poor cooking.” A concept that started very literally, it’s about simple meals that are inexpensive and could easily be made in large amounts. Join us as we discover the Tuscan countryside and take you to Italy where we will taste Minestrone Soup, Roasted Pork Loin, and Sweet Potato Gnocchi.

In the workshop, we substitute the traditional Florentine steak with a ribeye that you will surely love.

Where are the steaks sourced from?
- Steaks are sourced from local butchers. If you would like the steaks to be sourced from a particular farm, we can do this for an additional fee per person.
