This dynamic event unfolds over three thrilling phases, pushing your team to strategize, innovate, and compete to concoct the ultimate themed cocktail and persuasive presentation to captivate our judges.

PHASE 1: CLASH FOR CASH

Kick things off with a rapid-fire trivia and challenge round. Teams clash in a comedic and lively battle, engaging in pub trivia and drinking game-inspired challenges to secure a budget for their creation. No prior expertise required, just a quick wit and team spirit.

PHASE 2: THE SECRET SAUCE

With your budget in hand, it’s time to craft your signature beverage. Allocate your funds wisely between marketing materials and mixology essentials. While the alcohol is on the house, quantities are limited. Access to cutting, mixing, and blending stations, as well as essential tools and ingredients like citrus, spices, and garnishes, will cost you. In a race against the clock, your team must not only concoct a signature drink but also engineer a compelling “look” and craft an engaging marketing strategy.

Teams must skillfully divide roles to manage their resources, with marketers, strategists, and creatives uniting to produce a winning entry. Additional challenges along the way offer chances to boost your budget.

PHASE 3: STEP INTO THE RING

It all comes down to a 1-minute pitch to our judges, where your team’s presentation and drink are evaluated together. Judges are on the lookout for originality, the element of surprise, and standout pitches. To clinch victory, your presentation must charm and impress.

FAQ

What if there’s bad weather?

Events run rain or shine. If there is a safety concern we can postpone the event to another day or go with an alternative activity that can be done inside.

Do you handle site permits?

We do, but it is case-by-case, depending on the event site. There are some instances where it makes more sense for your company to have the permit in its name. Some cities require the host company to pull the permit.

Can you handle X # of people?

Absolutely, yes. We handle logistics and planning for any size group. Let us know your needs and we’ll develop a plan to accommodate you.
