About This Retreat

Located in the heart of Olhao’s old town in Portugal, this retreat was originally built in the late 19th century as a classical gentleman’s residence. With some elements dating back to the sixteenth century, the principal building has a storied past and was commissioned by a local dignitary and town hero of sorts whose plaque remains on the facade to this day.

There is a games room and a meditation room and a large state-of-the-art kitchen that leads out to a dining terrace that seats up to twenty-eight. With an additional industrial kitchen and wine cellar dining room on the ground floor, the property is well designed for retreats and events all year round. With twelve en suite bedrooms that can sleep up to twenty-four guests, the property is ideal for small teams.
