If you’re looking for a beachfront location with that quintessential laidback Malibu vibe, this property is a great option. It’s a sleek, modern space, with impressive views of the Pacific Ocean that start when you enter the driveway — as well as easy access to the waves below.

The property is well-equipped for weddings, events, and corporate retreats. With its gourmet kitchen and various dining options, it can host everything from intimate dinner parties to cocktail parties for up to 225 guests. The house is also available for film and photography shoots and is located within an hour of most LA studios.

It’s the outside space that we were really drawn to – a 2,000-square-foot rooftop, with great views of the oceans and mountains, as well as a large pool and lawn. As night falls, soft landscape lighting, two fireplaces, and scattered lanterns work together with the ocean breeze and stars above to create a magical setting. There are two outdoor showers, one poolside and one beachside. There’s also a bbq area with a pizza oven — perfect for al fresco entertaining.
