About This Retreat

This fabulous three-story village retreat is a former schoolhouse that has been given a great contemporary makeover, with cool nods to its original use. Chalkboards dot the house, colorful chairs and games of hopscotch decorate the walls, and each of its seven bedrooms is named after a different subject – from mathematics to geography. Each has inspiring quotes, as well as world globes, anatomical sketches and other education-inspired objects. Far too cool for school.
