Tucked in a quiet corner of Palestine, East Texas, this charming 19th-century homestead is equal parts historic farm venue and the perfect regional destination convenient for all locations in the greater Dallas, Texas area.  From the lovely European-style cottage gardens to the replica of ancient stone gardens in Ireland, the venue offers the perfect setting for a unique event or experience.

The 4,200 square-foot ballroom is perfect for live entertainment. The property’s vineyards, fountains, and statues provide the perfect environment for any themed event. The century-old cottage can be used as a  studio, rest area, or dressing room.

Facilities and Capacity

This venue welcomes a maximum of 300 guests for corporate events and team-building experiences and offsite retreats. Food, beverages, and entertainment can take place in the Grand Texas Hall, which features a dance floor.

Cuisine

In-house Chefs cook up nearly every type of cuisine, from American to Caribbean and Indian to Mexican and everything in between. Gluten-free, kosher, lactose-free, no pork, nut-free, organic, vegan, and vegetarian options can all be offered for guests with dietary restrictions.

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of $3,000  is required upon booking. The final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

If a contracted event is cancelled for any reason less than ninety days prior to the event date, the client agrees to pay 100% of the contracted fee, based on the estimated guest count.
