Located at the entrance of the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn; near the Tesla showroom, and features a 6000 SQ FT freestanding A-frame loft building with an additional 6000 SQ FT of private parking/outdoor space.

Operating Hours

Deposit

A $2000 security deposit, which is refunded within 72 hours if there are no damages or overtime. The space must be left as found, meaning any furniture moved or approved modifications should be returned
