The Loft Tournelles is a unique space in the Marais. This former workshop located in a town house build during Napoleon 1st offers 4 gigantic doubles windows opening on a splendid garden court yard. Located on the ground floor, it offers 115 sqm and 4 meters walls, allowing 30 seating and 75 cocktail stand up. The flooring will remain in its vintage aspect showing two centuries of different tiles generation. It access directly the trendy / busy boulevard Beaumarchais as well as the stunning rue des Tournelles with its hipster coffees and art galleries. Fully equipped with the latest sound and image technology it also allows 200 Wi-Fi simultaneous connections. Saint-Sébastien Froissart, Filles du Calvaire and Bastilles subway stations are near by.
